COVID-19 STATEMENT:

Additional Updated: 10th Jan 2021: 

While COVID19 cases are so high in the UK I will only be going to the post office once a week with larger parcels.
Small parcels that fit in a post box will still go out daily.

It's currently business as usual here!

* I always work from my home studio so I can carry on work as normal.
* I will keep going as long as the postal service is running or the government bring out any rules that prevent it.
* Unfortunately, I fall between the cracks with the government's monetary help for business so I need to try and continue to make some money during this time.

Despatch Time - may be slower 
* Orders may be slower to go out if they are larger as I am limiting the number of times I go to the office in a week.
* I have a post box 5minutes up the road so I can walk there Monday - Friday with small orders, usually those with 1 garment.
* When I do walk to the Post Office in the city I will combine it with my grocery shopping. Using online postage all I need to do is drop the parcels in a hatch, there will be no interaction with Post Office staff.

Postal Service Operation
United Kingdom:
* Currently, the postal service is functioning fairly normally in the UK, parcels may be a little slower to arrive and Next Day Delivery is not available at time of writing.
* Signed For services are being signed for by Royal Mail staff.
International:
* If you are ordering from outside the UK please be aware of the situation with your local/national postal service, there are currently delays and restrictions in many parts of the world.
* I will check the latest advice for orders going overseas provided by Royal Mail on the day of posting and contact you if I have concerns.
* You can look up your own country on the Royal Mail International Incidents page to see if we can post to you from the UK. 
* Contact me if you are worried about any issues arising due to changes in post service in your local area or country. 

Shipping Options
* I am currently only offering signed for in the UK and Tracked/Signed services internationally in order to provide extra security for your order.

Returns & Exchanges:
* I am relaxing the timescale for returns/exchanges if you find that you are unable to get your order back to me due to lockdown or postal issues.
* I may need to give out an alternative address for returns at this time so please do contact me before posting anything.
